Desi Recipe Aaloo Paratha

 Aloo Paratha Recipe – Desi Style


**Prep Time:** 15 mins | **Cook Time:** 10 mins | **Serves:** 2


## Ingredients:

- 2 cups wheat flour

- 3 medium boiled potatoes

- 1 green chili (finely chopped)

- 1 tsp ginger paste

- 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)

- Salt as per taste

- 1 tsp garam masala

- Fresh coriander leaves

- Ghee or oil for roasting


## Instructions:


### Step 1: Prepare the Dough

- Take wheat flour in a bowl.

- Add a pinch of salt and water gradually.

- Knead into a soft dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes.


### Step 2: Make the Stuffing

- Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.

- Add green chili, ginger paste, ajwain, salt, garam masala, and chopped coriander.

- Mix everything well.


### Step 3: Roll and Stuff

- Take a small dough ball, roll into a small roti.

- Place some stuffing in the center and close the edges.

- Roll again carefully.


### Step 4: Cook the Paratha

- Heat a tawa and roast the paratha from both sides.

- Apply ghee or oil and cook till golden brown spots appear.


### Serve Hot with Curd and Pickle!
