Jhatpat Masala Maggi Recipe (Spicy Street Style)

Serves: 1-2
Ingredients:
- 2 packets Maggi (ya koi bhi instant noodles)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 small tomato (chopped)
- 1 green chili (optional)
- 1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
- 1 cup water
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:

Tadka Lagayein:
- Pan mein oil/butter garam karein.
- Onion daalein, halka golden hone tak bhunein.
- Tomato, green chili, haldi, mirch powder, garam masala daal kar 2 minute bhunein.

Maggi Add Karein:
- Masale mein maggi noodles aur masala sachets daal dein.
- 1 cup paani daal kar dhak dein.

Pakayein:
- 5–6 minute tak medium flame par pakayein jab tak paani absorb ho jaye.

Serve:
- Hara dhaniya se garnish karke garma-garam serve karein!
Tips:
- Chahein to veggies (shimla mirch, matar, corn) daal kar aur bhi tasty bana sakte hain.
- Cheese lovers ke liye upar se thoda cheese grate karke melt kar dein.
